Lead Times
Standard SKUs
3-ply surgical masks, 4-ply disposable masks, N95 respirators in existing configurations
From order confirmation and deposit receipt
The exact date depends on order volume and current line scheduling. We will give you a specific ship date when we confirm your order, not a range.
Custom Configurations
Modified ear-loop type, non-standard packaging, new private-label artwork
Custom configurations require additional time for sample approval before full production begins. We will confirm the full timeline during the quotation stage.
Time-sensitive order?
Tell us upfront. We can sometimes adjust line scheduling for urgent orders — but we need to know before production is allocated, not after.
Export Documentation
Every shipment leaves our facility with a complete documentation package. We prepare these documents as a standard part of every order — not as an add-on. Your customs broker and compliance team will have what they need before the container arrives at port.

Incoterms & Shipping Arrangements
We ship under the following Incoterms. Choose the term that matches your logistics setup and risk preference.
FOB (Qingdao)
Standard TermWe deliver to the port of Qingdao; you arrange freight and insurance from that point.
CIF
Available Upon RequestWe arrange ocean freight and insurance to your nominated destination port.
EXW (Gaomi Factory)
AvailableFor buyers who use their own freight forwarder for factory pickup.
Port Transit — Gaomi to Qingdao
The port of Qingdao is approximately 150 km from our facility in Gaomi. Transit to Qingdao is handled by our logistics partner and is included in the FOB price.
Packaging & Container Loading
Container-Optimized Cartons
Standard export cartons are sized to maximize container utilization in both 20GP and 40HQ configurations. We do not use filler packaging — carton dimensions are calculated against container floor plans to minimize wasted cubic space.
This directly affects your landed cost per unit.
Pallet Configuration
Pallet configuration is available for buyers whose downstream distribution requires palletized delivery.
Specify at the time of order.
Private-Label & OEM Packaging
For private-label and OEM orders, both retail-ready shelf packaging and bulk clinical packaging are available.
Packaging format is confirmed during the sample approval stage.

Sample orders are available before full production commitment. Evaluate product quality, filtration performance, and packaging format before scaling up.
