Warranty & Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Gaomi Eztio Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("eztio"). It covers our quality guarantee, the conditions under which returns and replacements are accepted, and the process for submitting a claim.

Disclaimer: The content on this page is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. It is based on common industry practices for B2B manufacturing websites. We strongly recommend having this content reviewed by a qualified legal professional to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Quality Guarantee

Every shipment from eztio leaves our facility after passing a three-stage inspection process: incoming raw material inspection, in-process line checks, and outgoing batch testing. Outgoing inspection includes BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency), PFE (Particulate Filtration Efficiency), and Delta-P testing on a statistically sampled batch from each production run, along with visual inspection and packaging integrity verification.

We warrant that products shipped by eztio:

Specification Conformance

Conform to the product specifications confirmed in your purchase order.

Certification Standards

Meet the performance standards required by the applicable certifications (ISO 13485:2016, CE under EU MDR, FDA 510(k), as relevant to the product and market).

Defect-Free Manufacturing

Are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment.

Cleanroom Production

Are produced in our Class 100,000 (ISO 8) cleanroom environment under documented quality management procedures.

Coverage scope: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and specification non-conformance. It does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

Return and Replacement Conditions

We accept return or replacement claims under the following conditions:

Eligible Claims

  • Products that fail to meet the BFE, PFE, or Delta-P specifications stated in the purchase order, confirmed by third-party test results.
  • Products with visible manufacturing defects (weld failures, ear-loop detachment, nose wire misalignment) affecting a statistically significant portion of the shipment.
  • Incorrect products shipped — wrong SKU, wrong configuration, or wrong quantity relative to the confirmed purchase order.
  • Packaging that does not match the approved artwork or specification confirmed prior to production (for OEM/ODM orders).

Conditions That Do Not Qualify

  • Minor cosmetic variation within industry-standard tolerances (slight color variation in nonwoven fabric, minor print registration differences within ±2mm).
  • Damage caused by improper storage conditions after delivery (exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or temperatures outside the recommended range).
  • Claims based on specification changes requested after production has commenced.
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.

Why 30 days?

We set the 30-day window because most quality issues surface during incoming inspection or early distribution — if a problem exists in the batch, it shows up quickly. Claims filed months after delivery are difficult to trace to the original production run.
